Are your workshops suitable for beginners?
All Grey Wren Studio workshops are planned with absolute beginners in mind. Step by step, simplified instructions, tips, tools and diagrams where needed will help you to achieve a needlefelted piece you’ll be proud of.
Who is your courier?
Grey Wren Studio uses Royal Mail to ship parcels within 5 days of an order being placed, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are sent via First Class Signed For, Second Class Signed For, in the UK and Tracked for international orders. Once you have placed your order and it has shipped you will receive your tracking number.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Grey Wren Studio tries to recycle packaging where possible. We also try our best to purchase only paper based packaging.
Most of my creations are packed in cardboard boxes.
What if something is out of stock?
If your item is not currently in stock we will back order it for you. You will always be notified during the checking out process that your order is a back order with a lead time for completion. You will have the option to change or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
