Shipping & Returns
Dispatch times
Most ready-to-ship pieces are posted within 1–3 working days.
Made-to-order or custom pieces may require additional preparation time before dispatch depending on current studio workload and the nature of the piece.
Shipping destinations
Grey Wren Studio currently ships to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and a small selection of European countries shown at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, shipping is not currently offered.
Tracking & delivery
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services within the UK and internationally.
For many destinations, the same tracking number continues to update after arrival and can be followed through the local postal service (for example USPS in the United States or Canada Post in Canada).
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing, seasonal postal delays, or local delivery conditions.
Packaging
Sculptures are packaged carefully to protect delicate handmade details during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with clear photos of both the packaging and the piece so the issue can be resolved quickly.
Customs & import taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to local customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs processing.
Returns & cancellations
Because each Grey Wren Studio piece is individually handmade and often one of a kind, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery so I can help.
Where appropriate, repairs, replacements, partial refunds, or full refunds may be offered depending on the nature of the issue.
Custom-made or personalised orders may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If something is not right with your order, please email with:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photographs (if relevant)
