A hand-sculpted green woodpecker inspired by the distinctive colouring and upright stance of this familiar woodland bird. Shaped in wool and carefully layered to create natural feather texture, the piece captures the vibrant green body and characteristic red crown.
Formed around a fine internal wire armature for structure and stability.
